Spooky season started with style on Friday night at Denver’s Oriental Theater. Headliner Seraphim Shock brought their gothy, sexy, monstrous vibes back to where it all started in their hometown of Denver. The night, emceed by long-time Denver personality Sid Pink, featured a host of dark, gothy acts including the Siren Project, DJSlave1 and Faces Under the Mirror. But it was the heavy, smoke-filled spookiness of Seraphim Shock that ruled the Oriental, eschewing the last rays of summer for September’s slow slide into fall.
